Variations to terms and conditions applied to loan accounts effective on 8 August 2025.
2025 Revised Agreement
The Terms and Conditions have been varied for the following products offered by Leveraged Equities Limited (ABN 26 051 629 282, AFSL 360118) as Lender:
- Leveraged Equities Margin Loan;
- Leveraged Equities Investment Funds Multiplier;
- Leveraged Equities Direct Investment Loan;
- Ord Minnett Margin Loan.
The variation of these terms and conditions is in response to various changes, and will come into effect on 8 August 2025.
